Checklist for Baptism

The following steps can be taken for registered, practicing members of St. Raphael parish:

_____ Fill out & send in a Baptism Registration Form. (Please allow 2 weeks for processing. All information is confidential. The form is in Adobe PDF format. A free reader that will allow you to print the form is available from Adobe.com.)
 
_____ Attend the Baptism Class. (This class is mandatory for parents baptizing their first child in the parish). The class is offered on the fourth Tuesday of the month at 7:30 pm. Site location is available by calling the Parish Secretary. Jill Fink facilitates the class and can be reached at 763-537-8401 x 503 for questions and registration. _____ Rite of Baptism is celebrated on the 2nd and 4th Sundays at 1:00 pm in the Church. Click here for a schedule of the dates. Confirmation of the date you wish for the Baptism of your child will be communicated either at your attendance at the Baptism Class or by phone.
