HOLY FAMILY PROGRAM


2007 - 2008
Archangel St. Raphael

This program is for parents and their 2nd Grade children who are preparing for their first reception of the sacraments of Reconciliation and Holy Eucharist. All 2nd Grade students and their parents are required to attend these sessions. This program is divided into two sections:

Reconciliation: November – January Holy Eucharist: February – April.


Requirements

  1. Parents are to attend all meetings. If an emergency arises, you must call Paulette at 537-8401 ext 211 before the meeting.
  2. At the meetings you will receive material to work on at home. Some of the assignments will be written. The written assignments will be turned in at the following meeting.

Reconciliation Meetings
Tuesday, Nov. 13th 7:00 – 8:00 PM – Marian Hall – Parents and Students
  Father Herrmann will speak on the Sacraments of Reconciliation

  Deacon Bruce Bowen will speak on the Sacrament of the Holy Eucharist
 
Tuesday, Mar. 11th 7:00 – 8:00 PM – Marian Hall – Parents & Students

Practice for First Communion
 
Monday, April 21st - Practice for 5:30 pm Mass - 7:00-8:00pm - Church
Tuesday, April 22nd - Practice for 11:00 am Mass - 7:00-8:00pm - Church



First Communion Masses - You are to choose one of the following:
 
Saturday, April 26th    -    5:30pm Mass - Church
Sunday, April 27th    -    11:00am Mass - Church
