Girl Scouts at St. Raphael's meet as troops with at least two leaders per troop. Troops generally meet monthly either at school or church, as well as doing Service Unit or Council events. We try to do one annual event involving all the troops at St. Raphael's to build community and friendship, as well as hosting Hospitatlity during February or March. Girl Scouts range in age from kindergarten to seniors in high school. At St. Raphael's, we have troops 2nd, and 3rd grades (Brownies); 4th grade (Juniors), and a mixed troop of 6th-8th graders (Junior-Cadettes). We also have a 10th grade troop (Seniors) attending various high schools, but still part of St. Raphael Girl Scouts. Hopefully, this year, we will be forming troops in Kindergarten and first grade (Daisies).
